Marta Mordwinkin | Listing Concierge
Marta's role is to ensure everything runs smoothly from the beginning. She takes care of all the upfront details, like gathering paperwork and scheduling photo shoots. During showings, she coordinates everything and meets with buyers and their agents, providing feedback afterward. Marta stays involved throughout the entire process, even when you’re under contract. She truly makes the whole process look easy.

Tangila Akins | Listing Manager
Tangila manages the listing process from start to finish, ensuring everything is ready to go live on the MLS. If you ever feel overwhelmed, she’s your go-to person for keeping everything organized and on track.

Nathania Reynolds | Transaction Coordinator
Nathania plays a key role during the “under contract to close” phase. She coordinates everything needed for closing, from scheduling inspections to communicating with the title company. As your main point of contact, Nathania ensures you’re updated at every step of the process.

Teamwork is a big part of our success. When Dan and I first began working together, our goal was to create opportunities for our clients. With the invaluable help of Marta, Tangila, and Nathania, we’re able to achieve that goal.
