Learn how we diagnose your home’s value to improve its selling potential.

We like to think of ourselves as “real estate doctors.” We say that because we are constantly evaluating and diagnosing your real estate health. When we talk about evaluating real estate health, we mainly focus on people who are selling their homes.

Home sellers hire us because of our experience and the comfort they feel when working with us. We are honored that many of our clients come back to us repeatedly.

What does being a real estate doctor mean? It’s our job to look over the diagnostics of our client’s real estate health by comparing their home to where the market currently stands.

We give ourselves about three to four weeks to get your home sold; otherwise, we need to reevaluate. In other words, if we haven’t “cured” the situation, and the home hasn’t sold within that timeframe, we have to go back to the drawing board and check whether we need to make some home improvements or reassess the pricing.

Feedback is crucial during the home-selling process. We don’t just list your house on the MLS and hope for the best. We are actively involved in showing your home and gathering feedback. We assess everything as we go along and diagnose any issues that come up.

When a seller asks for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), understand that it includes an opinion, not just cold hard facts. The data we analyze can sometimes lead to candid discussions about what your home is worth versus what you might hope to get.

Feedback is crucial in the home-selling process.

That’s why it’s important to have realistic expectations. Sometimes, what we want might not align with what the market dictates. We aim to be upfront about these realities from the start. We dedicate the first two weeks to gathering initial feedback based on the thorough preparation we did beforehand.

By doing so, we can create a better plan and adapt as we go along. Open conversations are essential from listing to closing, and that’s what we’re here for.

As your “real estate doctors,” we are here to listen to your questions and concerns. If there’s a topic you’d like to discuss with us, please reach out at (561) 843-4464 or send a message to DanKarp@kw.com. We’re always here to help you.
